All weddings include our site coordinator. After initial meeting, the site coordinator will be available by appointment with you, your caterer, and wedding planner, to discuss logistics. The site coordinator will be present the day of the wedding to ensure all agreed upon logistics run smoothly.
-50% deposit to hold the date, and remaining balance due 30 days prior to event. Any additional charges to be collect day of. There is additional grounds deposit pending on the deductible on the day of insurance.
– The additional grounds deposit will be due the week of the wedding along with proof of insurance for day of insurance.

179-90 days prior to event 75% refund of deposit
89-60 days prior to event 50%, refund of deposit

*Restrictions:
Noise ordinance in place at 10 pm. All music and noise must be lowered and moved inside of party barn to be in compliance with ordinance.
*Clients/Caterer is responsible for trash removal (including décor), however for an extra fee we can facilitate clean up.
Client must get day of event insurance to cover any possible damage to property or if one of their guests or staff should become injured.
Client will be charged clean up fee/damage fee if the grounds are damage by them or any of their members.
